Refund & Return Policy – New Hair System Australia
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair systems, hair toppers, or wigs that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
Eligible for return/exchange:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase required
Non-returnable items:
- Worn or tried-on hair systems or toppers
- Adhesives, tapes, and hair care accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@newhairsystem.online with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refund process: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
